Willowcross Consulting is led by Principal Consultant Dani Landers, a business consultant, operations strategist, real estate professional, and International Coaching & Leadership Rising Certified Coach.

Drawing from experience in operations, sales, marketing, leadership, coaching, and real estate, Dani helps business owners create clarity, strengthen systems, and make better decisions. Her approach is practical, direct, and grounded in real-world execution.

Through her ongoing work in business operations and coastal North Carolina real estate, Dani understands the challenges leaders face when growth outpaces structure. She is known for simplifying complex problems, identifying operational friction, and implementing solutions that create lasting results.

In addition to consulting, Dani offers coaching as a separate service, providing a confidential space to gain perspective, navigate challenges, and move forward with confidence and intention.
