WillowCross Consulting exists for one reason: to help business owners breathe again — and build a business that doesn’t depend on them to survive.

Most owners don’t start a business to manage chaos, carry every decision, or feel like the entire operation collapses without them. But that’s exactly where many end up — stuck in the middle of everything, where growth creates more pressure instead of more freedom.

That’s the problem I solve.

I’m Dani Landers, and I work with small business owners, founders, and real estate professionals who are ready to step out of reactive mode and into a business that runs with structure, clarity, and control.

My focus is simple: operations, systems, and the decisions that actually drive sustainable growth.

Alongside consulting, I offer coaching as a distinct service — a confidential space for leaders who need to slow down, think clearly, and navigate decisions without pressure or noise. Some clients come in needing structure. Others need clarity. Many need both. We figure that out together.

My perspective is grounded in active, real-world experience. Through my work in real estate operations, sales, and marketing — including my ongoing involvement in the coastal North Carolina market — I operate in the same conditions my clients are facing. The challenges aren’t theoretical. Neither are the solutions.

I’m an International Coaching & Leadership Rising Certified Coach, and I’ve built my approach around one core belief:

Why Willowcross?

The name comes from a willow tree that defined my childhood — a shaded place filled with calm, curiosity, and the kind of imagination that made everything feel possible. 

Willows have long symbolized wisdom: the kind that comes from experience, patience, and knowing when to bend instead of break. That tree taught me to stay rooted while remaining flexible — adapting thoughtfully rather than reacting.

The cross represents the crossroads where growth is chosen, and the faith and grounding that shape everything I do.
