Willowcross Consulting exists for one reason: to help business owners breathe again.

Most people start a business because they're good at what they do — not because they want to manage chaos, carry every decision, or figure out why nothing runs without them. But that's where a lot of owners end up. And when everything depends on one person, growth starts to feel like a trap instead of a goal.

That's where I come in. My name is Dani Landers, and I work with small business owners, founders, and real estate professionals who are ready to stop running on adrenaline and start running a business that actually works. I focus on operations, systems, structure, and the practical decisions that make or break growth — not theory, not frameworks for the sake of frameworks. Real work, real world.

I also offer coaching as a separate and distinct service — a confidential space for leaders who need to slow down, think clearly, and work through decisions or transitions without someone telling them what to do. Some clients come in thinking they need one and end up needing the other. Sometimes they need both. We figure it out together.

My background in real estate operations, sales, and marketing — including my active role in coastal North Carolina real estate — keeps my work current. I'm not advising from a textbook. I'm working in the same market conditions my clients are navigating.

I'm an International Coaching & Leadership Rising Certified Coach, and I've spent years building the kind of experience that makes advice actually usable. I'm known for being direct. I don't dance around things. And I believe most businesses already have what they need to grow — they just need someone to help them see it clearly.

Why Willowcross?

The name comes from a willow tree that defined my childhood — a shaded place filled with calm, curiosity, and the kind of imagination that made everything feel possible. Willows have long symbolized wisdom: the kind that comes from experience, patience, and knowing when to bend instead of break. That tree taught me to stay rooted while remaining flexible — adapting thoughtfully rather than reacting.

The cross represents the crossroads where growth is chosen, and the faith and grounding that shape everything I do.
