The cross symbolizes both the crossroads where growth is chosen and the faith and grounding that guide our work.

Dani Landers is the founder and Principal Consultant of Willowcross Consulting, a business consultant, operations strategist, real estate professional, certified coach, and author with more than two decades of experience spanning operations, sales, marketing, leadership, client service, and business development.

As Director of Operations for a high-producing coastal North Carolina real estate team, Dani has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of people, process, technology, and growth. Her work includes developing operational systems, improving CRM strategy and adoption, creating sales and marketing workflows, training and supporting professionals, and solving the day-to-day challenges that can keep good businesses from operating as well as they should.

That experience led to the creation of Willowcross Consulting, where Dani works with small business owners, service professionals, and real estate teams to strengthen the foundation behind their growth. She has a particular ability to see where operations are creating unnecessary friction, simplify complicated problems, and turn good ideas into practical systems people can actually use.

Dani is also an International Coaching & Leadership Institute Rising Certified Coach and is working toward credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Through Willowcross Coaching, she provides a separate coaching practice for clients seeking greater clarity, perspective, and intentional growth in their professional or personal lives.

She is the author of The Foundation: Building a Real Estate Career That Stands Strong, a business parable exploring the principles, systems, relationships, and decisions that create a sustainable real estate career. Her writing extends beyond real estate into business operations, leadership, entrepreneurship, and the practical realities of building something meant to last. 

Dani’s professional background also includes executive leadership in education, technology sales, consulting, and customer service operations. Across industries, the common thread has been helping people work through complexity, build stronger systems, and move forward with greater confidence.

Her approach is practical, candid, and deeply rooted in real-world execution. She believes businesses become stronger when their systems support their people, leaders have room to think strategically, and growth is built on a foundation strong enough to sustain it.
