I'm Dani Landers, Principal Consultant and Founder of Willowcross Consulting. I'm a business consultant, operations strategist, real estate professional, and International Coaching & Leadership Rising Certified Coach. I've spent much of my career helping businesses improve how they operate, grow their revenue, serve their customers, and develop the people behind their success.
With years of experience in operations, sales, marketing, leadership, and business development, I've discovered that some of my favorite work happens at the very beginning of a business.
I love helping someone take an idea they've been thinking about, sometimes for years, and figure out how to turn it into something real. I understand the excitement that comes with starting a business, but I also know how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to determine where to begin, what you need, and how you're going to make it all work.

As a longtime operations leader and real estate professional in coastal North Carolina, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to manage people, serve customers, solve problems, and make decisions that affect the bottom line. I know that small business owners wear a lot of hats, particularly in the beginning. Sometimes having someone experienced to talk through ideas with, challenge your thinking, and help turn plans into action can make all the difference.
My approach is friendly, straightforward, and hands-on. I want to understand you, your business, and what you're hoping to accomplish. I'm not interested in handing you a generic playbook and wishing you luck. I want to help you find practical solutions that fit your goals, resources, and stage of growth.
I believe getting the fundamentals right early can save a business owner a tremendous amount of time, money, and frustration down the road. But I also believe there's always room to learn, improve, and make adjustments as your business grows.
In addition to consulting, I offer professional coaching as a separate service. Coaching gives you a confidential, supportive space to explore ideas, work through challenges, strengthen your leadership skills, and build confidence in your decisions.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching someone accomplish something they once wondered if they could do. I love seeing an idea become a business, watching an owner gain confidence, and knowing I've played a small part in helping them build something they're proud of.
